In this episode, we discuss new lawsuits filed against Real Housewife of Beverly Hills, Lisa Rinna, and former Real Housewife of Orange County, Braunwyn Windham-Burke, including whether someone should be able to legally post a photo taken of them by someone else (aka paparazzi). We also touch briefly on the NFL vaccine policy drama and Congress perhaps taking action on conservatorships in response to Britney Spears and the #freebritney movement.
In this episode we discuss Erika Jayne's latest legal troubles, including a lawsuit filed by the trustee in the Girardi Keese bankruptcy case, as well as some court documents that seemingly show Erika knew more than she's admitted on the show. We also touch briefly on a recently dismissed defamation lawsuit filed by former Alabama Judge Roy Moore against Sacha Baron Cohen.

In the political landscape, we discuss two recent Supreme Court decisions involving the cussing cheerleader who sent out a vulgar snapchat (free speech!) as well as the case that finally called the NCAA to the carpet.
