Bucky has returned, too, with his dangerously fast (and reckless) Halloween Machine, and he is dead-set on reclaiming his throne.

Over the course of four years, Tommie finds herself entangled in a terrifying mystery surrounding Groovy Hollow and its infamous Halloween Machine.
