Leid Stories

It's insane, the way this election cycle is shaping up, with voters having everything and the kitchen sink thrown at them for political consideration. It's really slimy out there, and getting slimier. Still, a decision has to be made. What are you likely to do? Will you feel good about voting in 2020?

It's "Free Your Mind Friday" on Leid Stories, and strong (but well-thought-out) opinions are the order of the day.

Serve yours up on a platter when it's your turn to opine.

Call 888-874-4888 and free your mind!

We pick up from where we left off with yesterday's discussion ("Is the current state of affairs affecting your political. views?"), then add to that new developments in our current political crises.

We pick up from where we left off with yesterday's discussion ("Is the current state of affairs affecting your political. views?"), and add to it new developments in our current political crisis. Leid Stories asks listeners how the current social, political and economic climate is affecting, or has affected, them. Trump's troubles and the Democrats' fevered efforts to impeach him are prominent in our discussions today, as speculation grows that he'd rather resign than face impeachment.

It's been a very stressful week, but here's "Free Your Mind Friday" to the rescue.

On Fridays, Leid Stories is an open forum, and callers are encouraged to take the program where they want it to go. Their information, opinions and ideas shape the subject matter.

We're a hearty and respectful lot, and we especially admire people who appreciate the give-and-take of life.

Make your debut. Call 888-874-4888 and join us as we free our minds!

We continue our discussions on the nation's current political crisis, where it might lead us, and will it be a price too high to pay.

Florida OKs teachers carrying guns in school. Ready for another Democratic "debate" on Oct. 15? What's not on the Dems' investigation list but ought to be?

Even as the House and Senate are engrossed in looking into possible impeachment charges against President Donald Trump and several high-level officials in his administration, it is clear that some areas of their inquiry will not be examined.
