From being raised in a trailer park in East London to the owner of her own modeling and talent agency where she provides youngsters with the opportunities she never had, Elsubie Louwrens' journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. She joins Leigh-Anne Williams on The Morning Show, as her career is celebrated on #WarriorWoman. 

Fan favourite hailing from Tshwane, Natasha Joubert, has been crowned Miss South Africa 2023. The BCom Marketing Management graduate and owner and fashion designer of Natalia Jefferys, a company which she started when she was 19, placed third in 2020 and represented the country at the Miss Universe pageant. However, her story is one of inspiration, resilience and determine, as three years later she has finally been given the title of Miss South Africa.

World Breastfeeding Week is celebrated every year from 1 to 7 August.  In 2023, the theme, enabling breastfeeding, making a difference for working parents, highlights that workplace challenges are the most common reasons for never breastfeeding or stopping before the recommended first six months of life. Professor Lisanne du Plessis, ADSA spokesperson, registered dietitian and academic at the Division for Human Nutrition at Stellenbosch University, chats to Leigh-Anne Williams to share more about this year's theme, the benefits of breastfeeding for the first six months as well as what workplaces and employers can do to make their offices breastfeeding friendly.
