Leigh Russell is a million selling crime writer and discusses her much loved character DS Geraldine Steel. In Evil Impulse there’s not just a serial killer on the loose attacking women but Geraldine’s own safety is threatened when the past comes back to haunt her. 

Leigh talks about getting into the mind of a killer, producing novels during Covid and the social issues that underpin her work.
