Stephanie catches up with Dave Mason before he plays Payomet on Tuesday.

She asks Dave about wacky fans, where he was when he wrote "feeling alright," being from Worcester, and his time with Jimi Hendrix.

"Rock n Roll Hall of Famer and longtime Payomet pal Dave Mason will take the stage with his band on the 'World In Changes Tour' on Tuesday, July 5! Dave Mason left Traffic in 1969 to pursue a solo career in the U.S. Dave has penned over 100 songs and has three gold albums: Alone Together, Dave Mason, Mariposa De Oro, and platinum album Let It Flow, which contained the top-ten single "We Just Disagree."

What a treat, Provincetown!

Get your tickets at The Pilgrim House for Cast Party, or you will be missing out on this show!

These two Texan entertainers end up in New York City, meet Liza Minelli, and the rest is show business.

They have done the same show across the globe, and never has it been the same.

What an excellent opportunity Stephanie got to sit and talk with Carla Cooke, the youngest daughter of one of the greatest singers of the 20th Century, Sam Cooke.

We talk about her singing gospel, finding that corner in a staircase with good acoustics to sing in and raising her family, and finally being able to tour and put her passion for music first.

She honors and quotes her father with "a change gone come," Stephanie talks with her about what to expect during her performance at The Music Room in Yarmouth.

Stephanie was pumped to chat with Will and he was gracious enough to take time during rehearsal to talk with her.

Below is from Will's website!

"Will Evans has spent the last decade as the primary songwriter and frontman for the New England-based roots-rock outfit Barefoot Truth. After four albums and 50+ million streams on Pandora & Spotify, he’s embarked on his solo journey—carrying along some of the Jack Johnson-ish vibes from his earlier band. He’s since released three additional full-length albums and traveled the U.S. & Europe several times over.

In his shows, Evans displays technical mastery of live-looping that showcase his skills as a multi-instrumentalist, including the didgeridoo, steel drums, percussive beatboxing, acoustic guitar, and layers of soulful vocals.

His album “Rise” was nominated for three categories by the New England Music Awards. The album features deeply personal topics of humanity, compassion, and a reflection of the current political times. While promoting the album, he toured extensively with his friend and fellow conscious-roots musician Trevor Hall, performing for sold-out crowds across North America and Europe. In 2020 Evans released ‘The Summer Swell,’ a 3-song live EP, as well as a new summer-vibed single: “Lean In.”
