Ryan opens this hour with a conversation about whether we are too lenient on criminals after several criminals seemingly got off easy for their horrendous crimes.  After that, Ryan discusses a push from Canada to immediately suspend driver's licenses of people caught passing stopped school busses.  Ryan says this should happen here after a local man drove through several yards to pass a stopped bus.  Wrapping the hour, Ryan wants to know would you put a GPS ankle monitor on your teen?  The question comes after one company has started marketing the devices.
