Hi you guys.... This episode will be controversial since I'm talking openly about Christianity and how many Christians (extreme and not so extreme) are using online platforms (blogs, YouTube, social media) to express their opinions as facts. My perspective is this: everyone is entitled to believe in whatever entity they choose (or do not choose). However, when you have a large following on social media and are influencing children and teenagers and present your opinions about the Bible and it's verses as fact, it's very dangerous to said following. My hope is one day everyone can determine what their beliefs are on their own, without the influence of others. One day, atheists will not be questioned as to why we don't believe in a God, but it will be accepted and the conversation can move on. We should also accept that us as individuals will all interpret the Bible differently and that's okay. People have their own minds and I wish they trusted themselves (and their intuition) more to determine what a certain Bible verse means or that there isn't any true religion at all. Welcome to Season 2 everyone! In today's episode I talk about beginning this chapter of my life where I'm being more health conscious with what I eat and when I eat it. That's why I decided to start intermittent fasting...This will hold me accountable not only to myself, but to this audience as well. It's not just me anymore! :) I will be doing this 3 days a week (every other day) and will be doing the 16-8.... 16 hours fasting (8pm - 12pm) and 8 hours of time where I can eat (12pm - 8pm). I am really happy and excited to begin this since I've waited way too long to get my health to where it needs to be.
