Today’s podcast is all about something society has seen us rarely talking about in the past, periods. We're going to be looking into menstrual cycles and the “seasons” within these cycles, and how these impact SO many components of our life.
This episode is dedicated to anyone who identifies as a cyclical being. We acknowledge that not all those who menstruate identify as female (for example, transgender men), and not all female identifying people menstruate (for example, those experiencing menopause or Amenorrhea).
