Smell is flavor. And getting any pleasure out of eating can be pretty hard without a sense of smell. For many, COVID19 has radically altered their senses. Italian sommelier, food critic and professor Michelle Crippa is trying to do something about that - using his lifetime of gastronomic expertise to coach people into regaining their smell.
