This solo is a share from a difficult day I recently had, and all the goodness that I was reminded from it. Sometimes we can be on such overdrive, whether that be from the beauty of going going going out of sheer inspiration, or whether that be from there being just a LOT going on, or the combination of both, as I share here—the source doesn't really matter. The point is: overdrive can only last for so long before we are forced to slow down. And when we are, though it may feel tough initially, there is so much to learn from these moments.
