Lies bring about death and destruction. Truth brings about life and hope. Christ says that He is the Truth - and so as children of God we are not to partake in lies.

People steal from people all the time. People also steal from God. When we steal from people we gain an item or money, but also have sinned. When we sin - we are stealing from God. This puts us into sin-debt and the price is too high for us to pay back. This is why Jesus came into the world.

In a world where Biblical marriage is undercut by the culture - we as Christ-followers must define marriage, adultery and submit to God's Will for our lives.

We are all murderers - we have hated our friends, and family, and strangers with our hearts and words. Some of us have even murdered with our actions. All of us are murderers - our sin (all of it) makes us accomplices in the murder of Christ.Find out God's great plan to forgive all murders with His own Son's murder.

God gave us the gift of REST, or Sabbath. It's meant to be a break from the normal routine so that you can sleep extra, worship with other Christ followers, make some memories with family and friends and enjoy God's creation. Do you REST enough?

Commandment 1 and 2 show us that God is great and desires relationship with us. It also shows that we often desire to worshp other gods, idols, relationships and many other things in place of God. God did not design you to live enslaved to a false god....but to live in freedom through Christ.
