Dawn Whalen, Executive Director at Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Connecticut wears many hats. Resource development, management of daily operations, staff, and operational committees, developing community partnerships and manage existing alliances. Dawn also manages publication of affiliate newsletter, public website, and other media.
