Lesson 400: Every Decision Led You Here
We might not want to accept it but when we sit back and think about it, it is very true. Everything we have done has led us to the place we are. The decisions we made led us to this spot. If we don't like where we are, we should consider the decisions we make.
PROMPT: What ways do you practice acceptance?

Lesson 399: Make Each Failure A Step Towards Your Goal
Here's one for you: no matter how great you are at the things you do, you will fail, eventually. That isn't a bad thing. We are human. We fail from time to time. However, we can use the lessons from that failure to build towards the goal. Ok, I tried it this way and it didn't work, I'll try it this other way and it just might work which will lead me closer to my goal.
PROMPT: What was your last failure? How did you handle it?

Lesson 398: Leave Things Better Than You Found Them
We are really not doing a good job of taking care of this planet. That's not a good thing. We really have to do better. A good approach is to always do anything with the mindset of leaving things better than you found them. Learn how things currently are and then put in the work to make them a lot better than when you first experienced it. Yes, it's a lot of work but it is really rewarding work.
PROMPT: What is your reason for leaving things better?

Lesson 397: Step In The Ring
We can read all the amazing books about a subject. We can watch YouTube tutorials. We can go to seminars and workshops but till we actually get into the fray and do it, we are not going to learn as much. To actually experience it, to actually start building our experience of the thing, we have to step to the right. We have to do the thing.

Lesson 396: Build On Your Flaws
We all have flaws and that's all good because we are human, we are fallible. However, we can work on getting better by working on those flaws. We have to understand that we won't fix everything because we can't be perfect but we can definitely work at being just a little bit better.
PROMPT: What flaw are you currently working on?

Lesson 395: It's Not Your Cross
Life can be interesting and difficult for empaths. They feel so much and want to fix everything. Well, no one can fix everything. It's ok to listen and be there for people but you should let them know that you can't do more. We all have our cross and while you can help others carry theirs from time to time. It's ok, to let go and just focus on carrying yours.
PROMPT: When was the last time you carried someone's cross?

Lesson 394: Set Stretch Goals
When you set out to work on a goal, it is a good idea to also have a stretch goal. A “stretch goal,” simply put, is a target set above what is expected to be accomplished. Say the goal is to create three pieces and your stretch goal is to create five. By having that stretch goal in place, you might surpass way more than you thought you originally could and end up creating seven or more.
PROMPT: What are some of your stretch goals?

Lesson 393: Always Show Up With Your Special Thing
There are times we want to hold back from showing our special skills. We believe that by holding back and waiting for the "right time", we will be more effective yet we forget that there's no need to hold back because we might not find that "right time". Whenever you show up, always put your best foot forward, let them see that special thing you have as long as it fits with what is going on. Don't wait for the "right time" because it just might never come.
PROMPT: What's your special thing?

Lesson 392: You Will Need To Adapt
In life, no matter how much you plan, things might go awry. That's when you'll see how important it is to adapt. The ability to adapt is going to give you an edge in life because when things are not going as planned you can adapt and pivot to a different way of doing things quicker than most will be able to.
PROMPT: When did you last adapt? What did you do?
