Listen, listen, listen. Surround yourself with people who intrigue you and make you want to listen!

A support system is not about quantity, it is about quality. Some people just want to be in your business but do not care about your mental health. Check on those that check on you.

Surround yourself with those who share the same ideas as you, who challenge you to continue to thrive, and people who want to see you win!

Do not think you need to be 'woke' to validate your blackness. 

I appreciate every single one of you sticking through this journey with me. I will see yall again on Friday!

I do not think as a society we have the power to cancel people, but if you think we can let's talk. I want to hear what you have to say!

Give credit where credit is due, even if you have to do it for yourself!

Stop telling people too much, you are sometimes wasting your breath and their time.
