As a young adult, I've come to realize how crucial it is to have some sort of outlet to bring you back to yourself and recenter your energy when life is getting out of control and just hard to manage. Within my journey I noticed a lot of hardship I was going through was because of how I was processing it in my head. I've learned that a lot of the time our minds/ intrusive thoughts will make whatever bad situation worse if we are not blatantly aware of it. Hopefully you guys will be able to utilize some of these gems to help get you through tough times and bring your minds back to a place of peace, relaxation, gratitude, and clarity.

For my first episode I wanted to start off by sharing a little bit about myself. As well as addressing some areas in my life that I needed to take accountability in order to get me to this current place in my life. I had to do a lot of introspection on myself and address character traits that were starting to become detrimental to my growth. So with this episode, I hope you guys will be able to learn more about yourselves and certain areas of your life, whether is be people, mindsets, or environments, that you need to take accountability in so you are no longer keeping yourself stagnant. May we all Let Go of the things that no longer serve us in our lives so that we can Grow in the areas that do!
