Let It Bleed

The wind blew environmental expert and founder of Essence Vapor, Ryan Douglass into the studio this week!  They dug deep into all things organic (especially his new all-natural organic e-liquid company, Essence Vapor), his baby on the way, and the world's desperate need for a real-life Pootie Tang.  If you're going to Desert Hearts be sure to stop by the Essence Vapor booth and show him some love. He also wanted to give something out to our listeners so if you check out EssenceVapor.com and enter the promo code LETITBLEED25 you'll get 25% off at check out!  Thanks Ryan!

We conjured Writer/Director Nic Lewis to the studio this week to discuss studios, #metoo, and the beauty of indie films from 90s kids!

We summoned the final Elixir Bar co-founder, Emily Fuhr and her sister Melissa to the studio this week!  We talked about making major moves in your early 20s, cutting out processed foods, and the orgies that are probably going on inside Disneyland's Club 33.

We summoned audio engineering guru Christopher Rushman into the studio this week! Together we talked about getting over "imposter syndrome", the ironically quiet pride of good audio engineering, and whiskey that smells like pee.

Good audio has been going unappreciated for too damn long. Nobody really does until they're forced to listen to bad audio. Bad audio can ruin any otherwise perfect event. Bad audio at your party? Everyone's in bed by 10 pm. Bad audio at your concert? Thanks for coming to the middle school talent show. Bad audio at your wedding? I give the marriage 6 months.

DON'T wait to find the appreciation for good audio. Go see my man Christopher Rushman at Huxx Audio for your next event. You'll have more friends, more fans, and a happy marriage. Mazel Tov!*

*I ran literally none of these promises by Chris, but they're probably true.
