We briefly discuss the stock prices and the flow of the market and where all the money has disappeared to in the last year. With the NASDAQ dropping 31% and oil companies such as XOM being up 81%, we look at where the market can go from here, where we can find safety and value. Q1 earnings will be coming out in a few weeks and will be a huge bellwether in the performance of the market. If we come in light I would expect to see further break downs in stock performance, however if we see positive numbers come in, I expect only modest gains as not everyone is ready to buy and many will use it as an opportunity to exit some positions
