Let Me Walk You Out episodes

  • How to Make Decisions as an Adult When There’s No Playbook

S1, E11: Making decisions as an adult can feel overwhelming, especially when there is no syllabus, step-by-step guide or clear “right” answer.

In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall unpack what it means to make decisions when you are still figuring yourself out. They discuss whether a truly wrong decision exists, how to separate intuition from fear and anxiety, and why asking for advice should not become outsourcing your life to other people.

The conversation also explores decision fatigue, analysis paralysis and the pressure of making choices that could shape your career, relationships, finances and future. From evaluating the best- and worst-case scenarios to using your personal values as a filter, Stephanie and Kyndall share the practices helping them make choices with more confidence and clarity.

You may not have every answer, but you are capable of choosing, learning, adjusting and finding your way forward.

⚖️ After listening, leave a scale emoji in the comments and tell us: What is one decision you have been overthinking?

  • Confidence Comes From Data: The Secret to Building Self Belief

S1, E10: What if believing in yourself isn’t something you simply have but something you build?

In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall explore the difference between self-confidence and self-belief and explain why confidence often comes from data. Every time you practice, follow through, try again after rejection or show up when you feel uncomfortable, you collect evidence that you are capable.

We share personal stories about overcoming public-speaking nerves, preparing for important opportunities, becoming comfortable in the gym and learning to trust ourselves through consistency. From rehearsing a speech until it became second nature to completing the “shy girl workouts” in the corner of the gym, we discuss why your first goal doesn’t have to be perfection. It can simply be showing up.

The years will pass whether you begin today or continue putting it off. Start small, put in the reps and give yourself the opportunity to become someone you know you can depend on.

If you did it before, you can do it again.

🧠 Leave a brain emoji in the comments and tell us: What experience gave you proof that you were more capable than you originally believed?

Inspired by a listener submission, we unpack the warning signs we wish we had noticed sooner. Subtle comments disguised as jokes, one-sided friendships, codependency, jealousy, changing priorities, etc. We also talk about the difference between drifting apart naturally and walking away from relationships that no longer serve you.

Black-Owned Business of the Week: Aset Healing

Vibe Check: “At ASET HEALING, we guide you through a personalized journey of self-reclamation.

This is a space for the woman who’s ready to remember her power, reconnect to her body, and restore harmony in her life.

Our approach is intuitive, holistic, and trauma-informed. Through breathwork, guided meditation, somatic movement, and nourishment for both the body and the spirit, we help you release survival patterns and step into your sacred wholeness.

ASET HEALING was born from my own healing journey.

I didn’t resonate with traditional therapy—I didn’t want to just talk about my pain. I wanted to move it, understand it, transform it. So I began creating my own way. Through study, stillness, practice, and ancestral guidance, I built the foundation that became ASET HEALING.”

  • Giving Yourself Permission to Start Over

S1, E8: In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall are talking about starting over, embracing change, and learning to trust yourself through life’s pivots.

From changing careers, transferring schools, moving cities, redefining your identity, and pursuing dreams that weren't part of the original plan, we reflect on the moments that forced us to let go of what felt familiar and step into something new. We talk about the signs that it's time to make a change, the fear of beginning again, and why so many of us stay in situations long after we've outgrown them.

The conversation explores the difference between pivoting and truly starting over, why your next chapter doesn't erase everything you've already built, and how every life transition leaves you with new skills, experiences, and confidence to carry forward.

This one is for you if you've been questioning your career, relationships, routines, or the version of yourself you've outgrown.

  • Hustle Culture Lied to Us

S1, E7: In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall are talking about hustle culture, ambition, burnout, and the pressure to constantly be doing more.

As women in their 20s who are building careers, businesses, brands, and lives they’re proud of, Stephanie and Kyndall reflect on the duality of hustle culture: the part that feels empowering, motivating, and aligned, and the part that can quickly become overwhelming, exhausting, and rooted in comparison.

The conversation explores what it feels like to be “booked and busy,” why rest can feel so hard to accept, how social media amplifies the pressure to keep achieving, and what happens when your identity becomes too closely tied to your accomplishments. They also talk about burnout, the importance of giving yourself a longer runway, knowing what you’re actually chasing, and learning how to pursue your goals without sacrificing your peace, health, or joy.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to do but still feel tired, pressured, or unsure if the hustle is actually leading you where you want to go, this episode is for you.

Listen in as we unpack ambition, rest, productivity, and the real cost of trying to do it all.

  • Using Jealousy and Envy as a Catalyst for Growth

S1, E6: In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall are talking about jealousy, envy, and how these emotions can become a catalyst for growth when we’re willing to be honest about them.

We discuss the difference between jealousy and envy, why these emotions can feel so shameful to admit, and how they show up in friendships, relationships, careers, money, body image, social media, and personal timelines.

We talk about what happens when someone has something you want, how to tell whether that feeling is pointing to a deeper desire, and how to use it as information instead of letting it turn into comparison, bitterness, or projection.

From content creation and post-grad career pressure to dating, beauty standards, and becoming your highest self, this episode is a reminder that envy does not make you a bad person. Sometimes, it is simply showing you the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

  • Discovering the Gaps in Our Values with the Values Bridge Quiz

S1, E5: In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall are talking about values, alignment, and what it really means to become your higher self.

After taking the Values Bridge assessment, we sat down to unpack our top values, our authenticity gaps, and the ways our current lives do or do not reflect the women we are becoming. This conversation opened the door to deeper reflections on financial freedom, achievement, joy, aesthetics, spirituality, family, impact, and the importance of choosing to show up as the version of yourself you keep envisioning.

We talk about what it means to stop living by default, get honest about what matters to you, and begin bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. From ambition and money conversations to faith, family, personal growth, and learning how to move with intention, this episode is a reminder that your higher self is not some faraway version of you. • Apps, Entrées, & Desserts: Curating Our Wellness Menu

S1, E4: In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall are talking about wellness, establishing practices that actually work, and learning how to come back to yourself when life starts to feel overwhelming.

The conversation starts with a bigger question: what is wellness beyond the aesthetic? From there, we get into the difference between looking “put together” and actually feeling grounded, supported, and aligned in your real life.

We talk about the moments that pushed us to take wellness seriously, from college burnout and post-grad pressure to anxiety, depression, career stress, and realizing we needed routines that helped us feel like ourselves again.

We also get into the idea of a “wellness menu,” choosing non-negotiables, building routines around your actual energy levels, and letting go of the pressure to do everything perfectly. Sometimes wellness looks like therapy, journaling, meditation, affirmations, reading, going on walks, going to the gym, stretching, cooking, skincare, hobbies, voice notes, alone time, or simply making your bed.

This episode is for anyone who has ever felt out of sync, overwhelmed, or like they’re trying to build a soft life while still handling real-life responsibilities. Wellness does not have to be expensive, perfect, or performative. It just has to be something you can return to.

S1, E3: Welcome to Let Me Walk You Out!

In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall are talking about setbacks, failures, and the moments that make you question if you’re behind, stuck, or doing life “wrong.”

The conversation starts with a simple question: what’s the difference between a setback and a failure? From there, we get into the lessons we’ve learned through friendship changes, dating experiences, career frustration, post-grad pressure, self-doubt, and learning how to build self-belief.

We talk about why failure doesn’t have to define you, why quitting isn’t the same as pivoting, and how setbacks can reveal what you need to learn, release, or rebuild.

This episode is for anyone who has ever felt like life was moving slower than expected, compared themselves to everyone else’s timeline, or had to remind themselves that one hard season does not mean the story is over.
