The Fredericksburg, Virginia 911 operator told her to contact City Hall because the police could not help her. When the public found out about it, City Hall started getting calls! Black Lives Matters (spelled with capitals) is not concerned about people’s lives. If they were, they would be protesting the black on black murders in Chicago, New York, Atlanta, and elsewhere. BLM (with capitals) is a subversive political movement. ONLY when spelled with little letters can you say “black lives matter”.
