In the wake of the #MeToo movement in Hollywood, production companies are trying to cut down on harassment in the workpalce. That's good. But, are the rules they're coming up with doing any good, or just more pointless, petty, corporate policy paperwork? Has Netflix lost its chill?

"Dear Mamas, I’m really having a hard time reconciling two things and I’m hoping you can help. I’m in favor of the rule of law. But, I also want to follow the teachings of my church. The Methodist Church has said that separating children from their parents at the border is wrong, but the law says you’re not supposed to come into this country without going through the right immigration channels. So, who’s wrong here? The President? The Church? The parents crossing illegally? All of them?"

Oh, this is a tricky one! The American Mamas, Teri and Denise, both Methodists, are conflicted about this as well. We got their thoughts on the church's stance on the border situation on Tuesday's "What Would Mama Do?"

"Dear Mamas, Just when I think the celebrities are learning not to cuss out our First Lady, they go and do it again. This isn’t a very high bar, and yet it keeps smacking them in the forehead! Don’t cuss out the First Lady. How hard is that?"

Kathy Griffin sent FLOTUS Melania Trump a nasty, vulgar tweet in response to her comments on family separation at the border and immigration reform. We discussed the tweet, and the border separation situation, with our American Mamas, Teri and Denise, on Monday's "What Would Mama Do?" Take a listen.

"Dear Mamas, Do you and Teri purposefully stay away from city politics? I heard the interview the guys did with Mario Chavez about no city representatives at the crime initiative meeting. I’m curious where you two stand on crime in our city."

"Dear Mamas, I’m so frustrated right now. A friend of mine showed me this video from a high school track meet. The top two winners in the girls races were actually boys! This transgender madness has to stop. We’re hurting our girls because we don’t want to hurt the feelings of some boys who think they’re girls. Why can’t people see how unfair this really is?"

"Whoa, and I mean whoa!!! I love the American Mamas but you got the new direction the Miss America pageant is going all wrong. First off, this is all a big scam, part of the culture war. With this new direction of the MA 'contest', don’t you feel it will become a contest for the 'most politically correct'? Do you ever see a Kellyanne Conway or a Dana Loesch winning? My take: the winners will all be along the lines of Emma Gonzalez or Caitlyn Jenner."

When will Hollywood learn that if they keep insulting the Americans who voted for Trump, we’ll stop watching whatever it is they are in? Be it movies, TV shows, or Broadway plays... that, by the way, are so expensive only the 1% can afford to go see them?!?!"

Up to the mic at the Tony's to announce Bruce Springsteen, Robert De Niro went into a completely unrelated, and vulgar, anti-Trump rant. "Dear Mamas, I got so caught up watching the College World Series. I know you two are baseball moms, so maybe you’ll understand. Tennessee Tech beating Ole Miss and FAU beating #1 Florida last night gave me such a surge! And I wondered why it did. Why do we seem to root for the underdogs even when we don’t have any personal connection to those teams?"
