You won't believe my week. I am still in Virginia and I had to delay my flight. The movers didn't show, which followed a series of unforeseen crazy events that would make most people pull their hair out, but I am still smiling! Find out why:)

I have turned a corne in my moving process and I am so excited to share how I got into a much better mind-set.

With Lana's experience as a military wife, she helps Danielle break it down as they talk about the four steps to adjustment inspired by the U-curve hypothesis proposed by Norwegian sociologist Sverre Lysgaard.
