In this Episode I get into how when we have an idea for a new venture we can become so fixated on making sure we are completely and perfectly ready before launching that we often can become paralyzed and not take action. Taking action is often the thing we need to do to get some momentum going and punch fear in the face! I like to say, do it anyway. I've done so many things I didn't feel completely prepared to do and someway somehow I figured it out. Have I failed? You betcha! But then I corrected and moved forward. This Podcast is about Entrepreneurship and the struggles and triumphs that come with it.  Like most Entrepreneurs in this day and age, we are working from home balancing businesses with family life and just trying to keep all the balls in the air. The intention for Shaken Not Deterred is to help motivate, educate and share stories and experiences of the people who are doing it. Not only the uber successful that we all watch on social media (it's not a jab I love them too!) but the people who maybe aren't in that million dollar status, but are finding success and working towards it everyday. All while driving kids to dance, caring for an elderly parent or just finding your way in a new stage in your life. Entrepreneurship can be a love hate relationship, but I wouldn't want it any other way!
