Sarah Keal has a background in chemistry and is a 10x Certified Health Coach. She spent over four years selling professional supplements in an "apothecary" inside a holistic medical office. From this experience, Sarah took everything she learned and distilled it into digestible guidance anyone can utilize to find the right supplements for him or her.

Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is also working towards completing her Functional Nutrition Certification through MindBody Green. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens.
