Isn’t that a game changer? 

Your heart always knows what is best for you but we live in a world that teaches us the opposite.

Rational thinking is supposed to lead to good decisions because we praise our logic over our heart or intuition. 

But our brains often bring us to a place of fear and taking decisions or actions from a place of fear often leads to a lot of doubt. 

If you doubt whether something is right or wrong for you, or if you should take action and feel like you really don’t know what to do, it’s because you are in your brain which is probably in the frequency of fear.

When you move up onto a frequency of love, no choice seems scary anymore, and ultimately, it’s not about making the “right” or the “wrong” choice but about feeling at peace when you do, no matter which action you take.

Ever heard of the term FOMO? Fear of missing out.

There is a collective belief that there is more lack than abundance.

Lack of opportunities, lack of things, lack of time, lack lack lack.

So we take everyday decisions based on the belief that if we don't go for something, it will never be presented to us again as a possibility. It will be lost forever...

And how does that feel? It feels stressful, it feels scary, it feels disempowering.

It is time to consciously shift that old paradigm and trust that there is an infinite number of ways that things can come to us, an infinate number of ways that we can create what we want.

In a world where everything is connected through the web, we find advice on every single topic there is.

And when we are a beginner in something new to us, we tend to want to follow what the experts are saying firmly believing that if we follow them, it will lead us to success, and if we don't, we will fail.

In reality, the best way to know if you should follow somebody else's advice is to check how you feel when you are following it.

You want to feel excited and motivated. If not, what is the point? How you feel is a great indicator of what is right for YOU.

And maybe you are doing things for an entirely different reason than what it is "supposed to be for". If it serves your purpose it serves YOU.

While talking out loud this morning I had this insight:

Every talent we have (and we all have many talents) has it's shadow side. Why? The shadow side is there to allow us to grow, to expand, by becoming conscious (this cannot be done in an unconscious way). What is the shadow side of our gifts? It's when we fall off track.

How do we get back on track? Through us becoming conscious. And becoming conscious leads to us expanding (our consciousness), which ultimately, is our purpose.

This perspective shifted my perception in a way that feels empowering rather than disempowering.

Have you ever caught yourself doing something that doesn't feel exciting or fun and yet you continue to do it because somehow you are so used to doing things that don't fill your cup that you barely notice it?

Between what others tell us to do and what we impose ourselves to do, we often do things that take our energy away instead of filling it up.

How much of your time do you spend doing things that fill your cup up as opposed to things that deplete your energy?

If we follow the old paradigm, we will work until exhaustion.

But the world is changing because we are changing.

If we follow our energy and do what lights us up, we can be the best version of ourselves and that serves both you and the world.

I just had to share this with you because it made me glow!

I have always loved eveything related to Angels and asking Angels for help is the easiest way for me to feel supported when I am in a situation where I dont see any alternatives and I can't find a solution.

The key is to remember to make the ask!

Try it today because this is sooo powerful and not enough people use this powerful tool which is to ask Angels for help.

This is something that I know I need to remind myself of because for some reason, I forget the third option!

For example, when I was debating between doing a Podcast in French or in English: Why not do both? And this is what I did -> I launched my podcast in French as well : " On se lance?! "

Or when promoting my November Series to help you launch your project (1 session every Friday of Nov from 12h to 13h CET), I was debating between posting it on my private Instagram account or @letsgetstartedclaudia but why not do it on both?

Get the idea? Maybe you also feel you need to pick between 2 options only to realize you could actually pick both!
