Let's Go Heal exists to break the silence around mental health in the Black community, honoring the strength of our ancestors, championing our Black men, holding space for our Black women, strengthening our families, and welcoming everyone who needs a place to heal. We create safe, nurturing spaces where people can rise, thrive, and come home to themselves, because wellness belongs to all of us, and none of us should have to heal alone.

In this episode we will be discussing why I started Lets Go Heal, your power in the black community, the challenging economy shifts, healing in the black community by honoring our ancestors and spreading that healing to our youth.
