  • Helping Driven Entrepreneurs Break Through Stagnation to Achieve Holistic Success with: Rob Tracz

American workplaces face a significant worsening issue:

burnout and poor employee well-being. According to Mercer, over 80% of
employees are at risk of burnout in 2024. A primary reason is that many
employees do not feel valued meaningfully. Gallup found that 75% of employees
experiencing diminished well-being feel underappreciated and consider leaving
their jobs. Moreover, recent research from OnePoll indicates that 50% of
American workers have left a position due to feelings of undervaluation. This
highlights a stark appreciation gap, a major contributor to the decline in
    employee well-being today.

According to the Gallup Wellbeing Index, 45% of

entrepreneurs report feeling stressed, compared to 42% of other workers.
Furthermore, LinkedIn reports that 36% of entrepreneurs experience burnout.

  • Kimberly Verbeke Helping People Optimize Their Health Through Personalized, Cutting Edge Strategies

It seems that everyone is eager to live longer these days.

Wealthy individuals are taking extreme measures to reach the age of 100 and
beyond, while ordinary Americans are seeking advice from the world's
longest-lived individuals on how to extend their lifespans.

However, a recent survey revealed that Americans are

shifting their focus from simply living longer to prioritizing health as well.
In a poll conducted by Medtronic and Morning Consult with 2,200 American
adults, participants were asked if they would prefer to live a shorter,
healthier life or a longer life filled with health issues. The
    majority—66%—chose the shorter, healthier option.

These findings suggest that many Americans believe longevity

should also consider a person's health status in old age. Specifically, 62% of
respondents expressed concern that living longer might result in declining
health or pain. Additionally, more than half believe they could become a burden
to their loved ones if they live for a long time.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,

the average life expectancy in the U.S. is 73.5 years for men and 79.3 years
for women. Although most respondents indicated a desire to live to at least 90
years old, nearly 60% doubt they will reach that age.

As someone passionate about longevity, Kimberly Verbeke specializes

in helping people optimize their health through personalized, cutting-edge
strategies as a Naturopathic Practitioner. I utilize methods such as peptide
bio-regulators, IV therapy, and fitness to empower my clients to improve their
overall well-being, enhance organ function, and slow the aging process. My
approach combines decades of clinical research with practical, real-world
solutions to create individualized health plans targeting key pillars of
longevity, including diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management. I implement
these strategies while working with patients both in our clinic and virtually.

I am dedicated to educating others on how small, actionable

changes can lead to significant transformations. Whether discussing the
benefits of lifting heavy weights for graceful aging or explaining how proper
nutrition supports longevity, I bring a dynamic, science-backed perspective to
    every conversation.

  • Achieving Success: Work Life Balance Through Conscious Leadership with Diane Taylor

Getting up to go to work every day is more challenging when

you don't view your job as a career. According to CareerBuilder, nearly three
in five (58 percent) Canadian workers feel they have "just a job"
rather than a career (42 percent). While seven in ten (70 percent) Canadian
employees believe their employer creates a safe and trusting environment that
encourages honest communication, many still feel uncomfortable discussing
work-related issues, according to a new survey by the Harris Poll on behalf of
    Express Services Inc.

The survey, which included responses from over 500 employees

and more than 500 employers, found that the majority of workers find it easy to
receive constructive feedback from managers (76 percent), set professional
boundaries to prevent personal issues from affecting work (73 percent), and
express concerns about their company (63 percent).

However, only 40 percent of employees said they feel

comfortable discussing personal issues that impact their work with their
managers. This figure increases among Generation Z employees (46 percent) but
decreases among Generation X employees (37 percent).

Diane Taylor is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Glow

Leadership. She is a speaker, author, leadership development coach, and
strategic human resources consultant with over thirty years of professional
experience across various industries. Diane is passionate about helping others
discover and ignite their fullest potential in both their careers and personal
lives. She has developed a deep understanding of human behavior and how to
bring out the best in people.

  • Jamie Parker: Helping People Sell, Buy and Invest in Real Estate with Integrity

A large majority of Americans believe that owning a home is

part of the American dream, with estimates ranging from 74% to 94%:

    - **LendingTree**: 94% of Americans say that owning a home

is part of the American dream.

    - **Bankrate**: 74% of Americans say that owning a home is

the number-one feature of the American dream.

    - **Yahoo Finance**: 78% of Americans view owning a home as

    critical to the American dream.

According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR),

about 88-90% of home buyers in the United States use a real estate agent or
broker to assist them in the home buying process.

Realtor Jamie Parker states, “I am not just the person

showing you homes or listing your house; I am an agent who cares about you,
your situation, and your needs. It is all about you! Let me help you buy or
sell your next home in the metro Atlanta area."

**Why choose Jamie?** Atlanta is a competitive market with

many real estate agents. My enthusiasm for my job and my dedication to Atlanta,
being a native, help me stay at the forefront of meeting my clients' needs. My
goal is to excel for you. My background in music performance and education
enables me to understand the dedication required to perform at a high level.
This passion for excellence is what makes me a great real estate agent and an
asset to all my clients looking for homes in the Atlanta area.

I remember it like it was yesterday. I was sitting on my

living room couch when my then-wife said, “I want a divorce!” At that point, we
had been married for 25 years. I had met her shortly after high school during
my first semester of college, and we married 18 months later. I had lived with
her longer than I had lived with my parents. My whole world turned upside down.

What about the kids? What would they think? Moving? Lawyers?

Many of you know the drill. A decision had to be made at this juncture: do I
fall apart or do I rise up? I chose to rise up through divorce care, grief
counseling, and a lot of spiritual guidance from what I call my circle of
    advisors (as mentioned in Proverbs).

I had to shift gears and learn how to be a single dad while

still excelling as a top realtor. I discovered that I needed to become an
expert at leveraging and finding people to help in time-consuming areas,
allowing me to focus on my primary goal—prospecting. He joined me this week to

A fractional CFO can be highly beneficial for small

businesses, as they offer financial expertise and strategic insights at a more
affordable cost than a full-time CFO. With the economy tightening and the risk
of recession causing significant disruptions, many companies are facing severe
operational challenges. This has increased the demand for financial planning
experts to help navigate the economic fallout. Fractional CFOs have been
instrumental in assisting businesses in New York in staying afloat during these

Stewart emphasizes that there are three primary ways to

create value for a business: pricing strategies, cost management, and new

  • Exploring the Crucial Role of Logistics in Trucking with: Haittam Greib

As we approach the end of 2024, I want to share an

optimistic perspective on the future. The trucking and logistics industry is
thriving and appears to be on track for a record year in 2025. If you need
statistical support, I have that available.

According to the American Trucking Association, the freight

and logistics industry in the United States is substantial and expanding. The GDP
for the transportation sector reached $738.5 billion in Q4 2023. Preliminary
figures indicate that the nation's trucking freight bill totaled $987 billion
in gross freight revenues for primary shipments in 2023.

    **International Trucking:**

    - Trucks transported 66.5% of the value of surface trade

between the U.S. and Canada in 2023.

    - Trucks transported 84.5% of the value of surface trade

between the U.S. and Mexico in 2023.

    **Employment:**

    - In 2023, 8.5 million people were employed in jobs related

to trucking activity across the economy, excluding the self-employed.

    - There were 3.55 million truck drivers employed in 2023,

reflecting an increase of 0.3% from 2022.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projects that

employment for logisticians will grow by 19% from 2023 to 2033, which is much
faster than the average for all occupations.

Haittam Greib, the CEO and founder of Prestige Worldwide

Logistics, has led the company to recognition by INC Nationals and Regionals as
one of the fastest-growing companies. Trusted to transport over one million
shipments per year, Prestige Worldwide Logistics (PWL) addresses the freight
management needs of small, medium, and enterprise-level organizations. Based in
Detroit, Michigan, PWL is a non-asset-based third-party logistics provider that
offers solutions in LTL, partial and full truckload, intermodal, expedited, and
    drayage transportation.

PWL partners with an integrated network of over 20,000

carriers, utilizes proprietary Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
technology, and connects customers with experienced service professionals. The
company is committed to simplifying the shipping and distribution processes for
businesses across the United States and Canada.

As an entrepreneurial leader and logistics expert, I

launched Metro Creations at the age of 21, providing print and online marketing
services to small businesses. At 25, I founded Prestige Worldwide Logistics
(PWL) in 2011. Despite various challenges, PWL evolved from a freight brokerage
    into a full-service third-party logistics (3PL) provider, securing contracts
with major clients, including government entities and leaders in the automotive
    and aerospace sectors.

In 2015, I initiated UFR8 to tackle driver shortages with

proprietary technology. Our commitment to excellence was recognized when we
secured our first government contract, managing transportation for military
bases. We later partnered with NEXCOM to handle supply chain logistics for top
    brands.

Today, I aim to inspire and empower my team in the logistics

industry. We seek to expand into multiple sectors, leveraging our experience to
provide unmatched transportation services. With a focus on adaptability,
innovation, and personalized service, PWL is dedicated to being a single point
of contact for all transportation needs.
