  • Empowering Sound Healers to Build Thriving Businesses from Their Passion with: Mike Reed

Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice used for

healing, relaxation, and self-care. A sound healing session typically involves
lying down in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing your eyes, and focusing
on the sounds produced by musical instruments such as chimes, gongs, and
    singing bowls.

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), supported by

BDC—Canada's only bank exclusively devoted to entrepreneurs—recently released
an in-depth report examining the mental health of Canadian entrepreneurs. The
study, titled "Going it Alone: The Mental Health and Well-Being of
Entrepreneurs in Canada," explores the unique pressures faced by
    entrepreneurs. The findings reveal that:

    - Two-thirds (62%) of entrepreneurs feel depressed at least

    once a week.

    - Nearly half (46%) report that mental health issues

interfere with their ability to work.

Mike Reed is the founder of Sound Quest Academy, where he

empowers sound healers to build successful businesses based on their passions.
With a background in music, personal development, and shamanic practices, Mike
has led thousands in sound healing sessions around the world, combining his
expertise in musicianship with spiritual healing. He is dedicated to teaching
aspiring sound healers through his programs, including the Sound Healer

  • Empowering Others to Thrive in the World of Business and Innovation with: Jason Saltzman

Most Americans carry some form of credit card debt. A recent

Clever Real Estate survey found that 3 in 5 Americans (61%) are in credit card
debt, with an average debt of $5,875. Additionally, 23% of respondents reported
that they incur more credit card debt each month, and 14% indicated that they
have missed a payment in 2023.

Here are some more staggering statistics about the state of

    credit card debt in America:

    - **28% of Americans Believe It Will Take 5 Years to Pay Off

    Their Credit Card Debt**

Although 49% of Americans believe they can pay off all their

credit card debt within the next year, a significant portion thinks it will
take five years or longer. According to the Clever Real Estate survey, 28%
believe they will be debt-free within five years, 11% expect to pay it off
within ten years, and 6% think they will never be able to pay it off.

    - **Nearly Half of Americans Need Credit Cards to Cover

    Essential Living Expenses**

The survey revealed that 48% of Americans rely on credit

cards to manage essential living expenses. This trend is particularly prevalent
among younger generations, with 59% of millennials using credit cards for their
living expenses. In contrast, only 29% of baby boomers depend on credit cards
    for essential costs.

  • Cultivating Great Leaders and Cohesive Teams with: Kenneth Hester

Collaboration is the most significant driver of cohesion in

the workplace. It encourages everyone within the organization to give their
best efforts and become engaged and attentive to the overall health of the
    organization.

According to a study by Stanford University, teams that work

well together are 50% more productive. This statistic underscores the strong
connection between effective teamwork and increased productivity. When team
members collaborate efficiently, they can complete more tasks and projects in
less time. However, the degree of improvement varies based on team dynamics and
    the nature of the tasks.

    **Improved Decision-Making**

The Harvard Business Review found that teams make better

decisions 87% of the time compared to individuals. Collaboration brings diverse
perspectives and ideas to the table, leading to more informed decision-making.
This statistic suggests that group decision-making is often more accurate and
    well-rounded.

Kenneth Hester has 22 years of leadership and pastoral

experience. Before entering ministry, he managed corporate franchises and
coached high school basketball. His goal is to help leaders realize their full
potential and ensure that their teams thrive. Ken resides in Austin, TX, with
his wife, Ashley, and their children, Isaac (7) and Madelyn (5). They
celebrated 17 years of marriage in June this year. With a passion for
excellence and hands-on experience in building strong, dynamic, and flexible
organizations, Ken offers a unique combination of pastoral and leadership
skills. He has been a public speaker for non-profit churches for 20 years,
averaging 25 talks per year for audiences ranging from 25 to 5,000.

Ken's expertise includes business analysis and

cross-functional team leadership, supported by certifications in The Six Types
of Working Genius and SCORRE Communication. These skills help organizations

According to the analysis of the Economic Policy Institute

Current Population Survey (CPS) data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the
immigrant shares of the labor force reached a record high of 18.6% in 2023.
Anti-immigration advocates have been vocal, using this statistic to support
misguided arguments suggesting that "immigrants are taking all our
    jobs."

The reality, however, is that the economy is not static; it

is growing and adding jobs for both immigrants and U.S.-born workers.

Gallup Reports: The percentages of Americans who are

  • Tackling Burnout at the Root with proven methods to Maximize your time, productivity

According to Microsoft’s most recent Work Trend Index,

published in September 2022, more than half of managers (53%) report feeling
burned out at work. This statistic is striking, and it is slightly higher than
the burnout rates among employees in general. However, it is not surprising
given the circumstances. Managers have had to guide their teams through a
pandemic and its aftermath, facing challenges that required them to lead with
empathy while managing increasing demands with potentially fewer resources—all
while receiving little recognition for their efforts. This untenable situation
    has left many managers struggling.

A survey conducted by Forbes and MyPerfectResume involving

over 1,200 U.S. workers highlights the scale and impact of burnout: 88% of
workers report experiencing burnout, and one in five considers quitting their
    job on a daily basis.

Certified Counselor Jahmaal Marshall specializes in helping

corporate executives address burnout at its root, using proven methods to
double their time and maximize productivity.

For as long as I can remember, I lived to please others and

rarely resisted the demands placed on me. This led to chronic procrastination,
perfectionism, poor boundaries, and unhealthy coping mechanisms to numb the
pain. Burnout became a way of life for me. As a manager, I hesitated to
delegate tasks for fear that the results wouldn't meet my expectations. I often
operated out of a fear of rejection, which affected all my interactions. As an
employee, I second-guessed every interaction and never turned down any project.
The constant pressure from all sides became a mental prison, leading me to seek
unhealthy outlets and addictions as a means to cope with the pain I was
    unwilling to confront.

However, I learned a lot about my triggers and behavior

patterns, and I discovered how to harness them for maximum productivity.
Jahmaal Marshall joined me this week to share more insights on this topic.
