  • Bringing the Largest Tackle Sport Globally to a New American Fan with: Steve Ryan

The competitive nature of sports brings all together.  Regardless of the background we originate from.  As it relates to the sport of rugby there’s

never been a better time to grow the sport in America and globally too.

The 2023 figures paint a positive picture for community

rugby with the sport now played by 8.46 million players across 132 national
member unions, an increase of 11% over the 2022 levels. Emerging rugby nations
and women and girls are the major drivers of new growth for the game, according
    to the Rugby World Cup.

The National Rugby Football League is evolving rugby to

shape the future of the sport internationally and in the U.S.

As a truly global year-round premium professional sport with

an evenly split male-female demographic, rugby has strong appeal and huge
market potential in America. The NRFL is positioned to be the preeminent sport
& entertainment rugby league globally by showcasing the best athletes on
the pitch, utilizing world-class stadiums, and creating unparalleled content
365 days a year to the biggest sports audience in the world.  This is not just a chance to create a new
league - it’s a chance to create a whole new idea in American culture. We
believe rugby is an idea whose time has come in the U.S. - a sport that is
right in line with values like authenticity, sportsmanship, inclusion,
community. The NRFL’s foundation and ownership will be rooted in these values. Rugby
is played in over 120 countries with 877 million global followers and 9.1
million men, women and children regularly playing the game. Rugby in North
America is poised for a fully professional sports league due to the enormous
value and demand for premium content, availability of existing world-class
stadiums, large domestic contact sport fan base, a pool of untapped rugby
talent, and ethos and attributes of the sport.
Steve Ryan is the Managing Director at the National Rugby Football League,
and he joined me this week to tell me more.

    There

is one admission millions of men across America are frightened and ashamed to
admit and it all starts with these three words. “I need help, when it relates

depression or anxiety but less than half will receive treatment and more than 4
times as many men as women die by suicide every year.

    Symptoms

  • Increase Credibility and Authority Through Growth Marketing with: Carson Spitzke

intrinsic motivation coupled with ambition are two

fundamental qualities any young professional must possess if there interested
in igniting or accelerating their path towards prosperity.  Today’s teens are thinking differently about
their future employment, and many have decided they don’t want to work for
anyone else. About 60% of teenagers are more interested in someday starting
their own business instead of working a traditional job, according to a March 1
survey from Junior Achievement USA. The survey of 1,000 teens aged 13 to 17 was
conducted online Dec. 16 to 22 by Wakefield Research. Nearly 2 in 5 teens
surveyed said their inspiration for entrepreneurship mostly comes from social
media influencers and celebrities. The survey also found that 45% of teens want
to learn the ropes from current business owners and 37% would be interested in
programs at or after school teaching entrepreneurship.

Carson Spitzke is the founder of Spitz

Solutions . Spitz Solutions use a mix of growth marketing, and public relations
to drive new leads and convert them into sales and clients with efficiency.
Their strategies are unorthodox and rely heavily on providing value to
journalists and clients (giving a free ad creative or a valuable backlink for
example) as the first step to turn someone who has never heard of them into a
client. Carson has worked with brands like TEDX, and various publicly traded

  • Providing Underfulfilled Overachievers Direction in and outside the workforce with: Lisa Pachence

    As a female executive juggling a 9 to 5

and attempting to find the appropriate work life balance can be a challenge, if
you’re not skilled in effectively managing the prospects of your time. This can
especially be true if you consider yourself a classic overachiever.

According to a study co-authored by

Forbes and KPMG it finds 75% of female executives across industries have
experienced imposter syndrome in their careers, which is a feeling of
inadequacy and self-doubt that makes them continuously doubt if they are qualified
    enough for the job.

    Despite having education,

certifications, and training, it is hard for them to feel comfortable with who
they are and see their worth. Hence, they tend to work long hours to try to
prove themselves, are afraid to ask questions or ask for help, and may avoid
speaking up or asking for challenging jobs.

    For Executive Leadership Coach Lisa

Pachence, she works with big-hearted, high-achievers who dream of leading big
lives and leaving big legacies without the big burnout. As an Elite Coach for

Speaker, Coach-Trainer, and founder of LP Coaching and Consulting, which offers
designer coaching to clients such as Google execs, start-up founders, and

    When she isn’t leading a coach-training

program, deep-diving with clients, or teaching a workshop, she’s traveling the
world with her husband (pre-2020), chasing her two cats, or hosting community
    connection.

After only 7 years as an entrepreneur in

the Coaching Industry, I have reached Mastery-level certification and impact -
half the time it typically takes to obtain your Master Certified Coaching

The food you eat, the clothes you wear and the products you

    who drive them.

In fact, trucks transport 70% of all goods in the U.S.,

making them the backbone of American commerce, LinkedIn reports.

The trucking industry is a cornerstone of America's economic

health. Contributing over $792 billion to the country's GDP, its vitality
serves as an economic indicator. Meanwhile a survey conducted in late 2022 and
early 2023, by: Drive My Way is a truck driver recruiting platform completely

happiness, with only 51.3% of drivers reporting happiness with their current
job, down from 54.1% in 2019. The happiest drivers are also the most
experienced: 55.2% of drivers with 8+ years in the industry reported high levels
of satisfaction. By contrast, only 43.5% of respondents 1-2 years into their
driving careers are happy in their current job, the lowest levels reported

  • Creating Innovative, Diverse, and Sustainable Talent Pipelines with: Julius Richardson

    The motivation and momentum to

go to work are closely correlated to maximizing the potential out of the people
    you hire.

A closer look at what has

happened to the labor force can be better described as ‘The Great Reshuffle, according
to the US Chamber of Commerce.

    If the labor force participation

rate were at the February 2020 level, we would have an additional 1.47 million
people in the workforce as of September 2023 — and this shortage is impacting
all industries in nearly every state. Even if every unemployed worker were to
fill an open job within their respective industry, there would still be
millions of unfilled job positions, highlighting the widespread labor shortage.

With decades of experience in developing talent

acquisition strategies and leadership development, Julius Richardson, has
successfully created innovative, diverse, and sustainable talent pipelines.
