  • Helping Athletes & Brands leverage the NIL Through strategic & Creative Content Partnerships

    Let us all take a

    moment to acknowledge the obvious.
College athletes are finally being rewarded for their athletic brand,
    potential and capabilities.  Yes, thanks
in large part to Name, Image, and Likeness.
It’s transformed the way we view college athletics and sports overall. As
we transition from swallowing this reality, we now in favor of the athlete have
to pose the question how they can maximize their earning and athletic potential.  We’ll revisit this question in just a moment
however, first I want to bring your attention to the financial costs to the
institutions who are responsible for flipping this bill

    In year two,

three-quarters of the NIL market revenue derived from collective dollars, per
Opendorse. To stay competitive, Power 5 programs will need to offer more than
$1 million annually, Front Office Sports reports.   Now back to my original premise when we started
    this conversation.  How can athletes
maximize their brand potential?  For the
answer I’d wish to introduce you to Jack Adler Founder & CEO of Out2Win. An
Athlete Marketing, Personal Branding and Content Creation company focused on helping athletes and brands leverage the Name,
Image, and Likeness space through strategic & creative content partnerships.  Adler joined me this

  • Helping Professional Women Thrive In Their Reclaimed Value with Michele Gunn

    How many

women are truly professionally happy?  Do
they believe there is room for advancement within their career?  And how far do they still need to go to close
the equity and equality gap they continue to fight with their male counterparts?  The Harvard Business Review has some
interesting food for thought for all of us to consider. The entity found men
reported being satisfied with their job status and ability to advance at a clip
of between 50 - 60%. Meanwhile the percentage for women was significantly lower
it stood at between 40 to 50% Which begs the question what's the key to making
sure women know their value both inside and outside the office?

    Michele Gunn

helps professional women and moms thrive in their reclaimed value while they
cultivate a fulfilling and purposeful life.   As a an Independent Gallup Certified
Strengths Coach, Michele Gunn founded Cultivate and Thrive with the mission to
    empower people as individuals.

    We are taught

in early childhood that we are not good enough. We must learn new ways to
    accomplish things or to fit into societal molds. WRONG! We are each unique;
gifted with our own talents and strengths to be successful and to complement
others. It is time to recognize what is right in you and how to develop those
talents to be successful in all life has to offer, personally and
professionally. Once you recognize what is exceptional about you, you can learn
how to aim these strengths to be successful.

This can be applied to find and live your

purpose, to be a better you, to perform better professionally, to tackle
challenges, to build and strengthen relationships and in parenting.

    Michele has

led a very full life of family and working in various industries, bringing a
wide range of perspective, and understanding.

In addition to coaching, Michele hosts a

podcast that you can listen to on all your favorite sites called “Cultivate to
Thrive”. Here you can experience coaching in general and learn how to overcome
the challenges life brings you. Michele coaches internationally utilizing

  • We Solve Real Estate Problems By Masterminds with: Michael Keiter

    If I put

you to the test and asked you the number one way Americans made passive, residual,
or consistent income last year would you have the answer readily available? If you
needed a hockey assist allow me to provide you a hint. According  to the recent CNBC
Make It: Your Money survey, conducted in partnership with Momentive,
23% of Americans say investing in real estate is the top way they made extra cheddar
cheese a year ago. That makes it the most popular would-be wealth building
method, ahead of investing in stocks (16%), starting your own business (15%)
and getting a second job or side hustle (12%).

Michael Keiter started his journey in 1990 by brokering and

investing in real estate like so many others. Then he found his passion, real
estate agents and investors. It had nothing to do with real estate, it was the
people who brokered and invested in real estate is where the passion truly
intrigued him. 20 years ago, he began his coaching and consulting journey and
was forced into this aspect of it in the crash of 2008.

    Since

that time, Michael has coached, trained, mentored, partnered with over ten
thousand agents and investors in the United States and Canada.

    Helping

agents get started as an agent, increase business as an agent, grow the
business as an agent by building a team. Same with investors. As a national
speaker, trainer and coach for a major real estate company, he traveled
thousand of miles to create relationships with specific type of person, the
real estate agent who understands investing or wants to learn how to understand
it. Brokering gets you immediate income, investing gives you long term income.

    Now

he spends his business days helping agents and investors create a plan for
residual income and that's done with marketing not lead generation. His passion
for their business is sometimes more than the agents have it for themselves
because Michael knows what the outcome can be for an agent and investors and
what a great career it can be when an agent structures it the right way and
follows their dreams and give them the residual income to retire on. He joined
me this week to tell me more.

Cultivating relationships through sports is a tangible measurement

of authentic development for any athlete of any size, skill, or age. It allows
them to develop social capital and a sense of belonging to a group and a common
purpose.  Providing them a sense of
leadership, direction and calling in life.
According to the office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion 55
percent of parents believe that sports will benefit their children academically

with others.  “I'm Tim Claiborne the Founder of Locker Room Sports Community and my

  • Your Development is Personal with: Andrea Johnson

Ensuring women ascend in the workplace, is a profitable proposition

for all of us.  Tapping into their intuition,
smarts and intelligence is a winning commodity at the end of the day.  However, according to this study by the
National Bureau of Economic Research, close to 80% of women struggle with low
self-esteem and shy away from self-advocacy at work. In other words, four in five
women may be held back in their career advancement by a lack of confidence and
visibility. Andrea Johnson empowers others to take control
of their lives and change their future, as a transformational leadership coach.
As an adoptive parent, who grew up internationally, navigating mental and
physical wellness, she learned that emotional resilience must be earned.
Uncovering her own voice became the key to the process that allows her
    clients to do the same.
    Andrea works with
ambitious female leaders, founders, community leaders and public officials who
feel stifled, and have grown unsatisfied with their current level of impact.
She facilitates improved communication and corporate culture in women owned or
operated teams. Her passion is equipping female leaders to define a new culture
by trusting their own ability to think critically, create imaginatively and

  • Gain Focus & Energy for the Things That Matter with: Daniel Kelly

    According

to a national survey conducted in early May 2022 in the United States,
one-third of men do not think they need annual health screenings.

    Close to

two-thirds of the individuals surveyed believe they are “naturally healthier
than others in general.” Furthermore, almost two out of five of the
participants shared that they often turn to social media for medical advice.

The Harris Poll conducted this online survey for Orlando

Health in Orlando, FL. The market research and
consulting firm interviewed 893 U.S. adult males aged 18 and older.

    Daniel

Kelly is a health and lifestyle optimization coach, author, and biohacker
working with high-performing men from all over the world. He helps men optimize
their lifestyles to gain the extra focus, energy, and time they need to be
    better leaders, fathers, and husbands.

    At 28 years

old, I had a flourishing finance career in London. It was great: my work was
rewarding, both intellectually and financially. But it was also pretty damn
stressful. Commutes, client dinners, long hours, early mornings, lack of sleep,
lunches at your desk, and job pressure… It takes a toll on you.

    As I looked

around me, I saw colleagues who were extremely successful in their careers,
making tons of money—whose health was in tatters. I was determined not to go
down the same path. I didn’t drink, smoke, or take drugs. I trained hard, and
ate well. I was in a good place—or so I thought. Then I took a blood test, and
my whole world was turned upside down:

    I had the

testosterone levels of an 80-year-old man. The result blindsided me. Once the
shock wore off, it became apparent how much my lack of testosterone had
    impacted my life:

    I battled

grinding anxiety all day, every day. Depression was a familiar friend, and no
matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t shake it. I struggled to make any
meaningful progress in the gym, despite training hard. And to top it off, my
    sex drive was non-existent.

    Little did I

realize, these were hallmark symptoms of low testosterone.
