Brenden Kumarasamy is the founder of MasterTalk, he coaches ambitious executives & entrepreneurs to become top 1% communicators in their industry. He also has a popular YouTube channel called MasterTalk, with the goal of providing free access to communication tools for everyone in the world.
"I believe the next Elon Musk is a 7-year-old girl who can't afford a communication coach, so it's my duty to help her succeed with my free resources Kumarasamy said." “After many years of doing presentation case competitions (think professional sports for nerds) in university, I accidentally developed a skill in helping others communicate effectively and started the YouTube channel MasterTalk because I realized that everything, I was teaching them wasn't available for FREE on the Internet. I heard a ton of advice that didn't make much sense like "be yourself" or "get up on stage" or better "imagine everyone in their underpants". I pressed record on my phone, started filming videos on communication in my mom's basement and now the goal is to help everyone master this important skill.” He joined me this week to tell me more.

As a global population we must move more to live healthier lives. The Guardian reports: There is an urgent need to get people moving, according to research by the World Health Organisation which warns that a quarter of the global population, and more in wealthy countries, are becoming less and less active, damaging their physical and mental health.
Around 1.4 billion adults are not physically active enough to stay healthy, says the research. One in three women and one in four men do not take enough exercise or move about enough, too often sitting at desks all day at work, in front of the TV in the evening and travelling by car.

Mike Thomson is a Partner | Recruiter for Spark Recruiting. He’s on a mission to change the way organizations hire! “When I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey at the end of 2021 it was driven by a desire to level the playing field for all employers and employees. Far too often in my thirteen years in the recruitment industry I heard empty statements made by organizations that claim their people are their biggest asset only to see those same organizations dedicate far more resources to the acquisition of new customers as opposed to the attraction of top talent. Can you imagine if how we marketed products or services was still exclusively with flyers and coupons in the mail? Yeah....that’s recruiting, as most still think job descriptions are awesome! Not us though, Spark is aimed at fixing this problem.. we operate at the intersection of marketing and recruiting with the foundational philosophy that it is more important WHO you are working for then the company you are working at. The future of recruiting is in content, and if I am only competing with job descriptions and generic "here we grow again" claims. I like our chances.” He joined me this week, to tell me more.
