This is the last episode of the season… I come to you in this raw unscripted episode, giving you an inside look into what will I be looking at when conducting a mid-year review for my work and for my personal brand.
In this episode, I take you through some of my annual goals, and how did I perform during the course of these first 6-months… and my plans while reviewing some of those results.
The aim is not only to reach the goals that I set in the beginning of the year, but to also assess what worked and what didn’t … and use the remaining half of the year to pivot, change or “fix” anything in my strategy.
I wish you all a wonderful summer months. I hope you make the time to assess your goals and how far you’ve come since setting them with a mid-year review and assessment.
Have a wonderful summer and see you in a new season in September

Then this episode is for you.
I had the privilege of having a conversation with Michelle Balaun, an international brand expert, where – with her fiery charisma – she took me on the journey of what it means to build a brand.
Michelle is making branding waves by recognizing there is no cookie-cutter answer to any branding question. Whether it is a large institution or a single entrepreneur, the approach needs a liaison to translate and re-communicate the brand.
Her experience has been in the fashion industry for over 3 decades and she’s worked with countries from the Artic Circle to Africa. Michelle is an American expat who lived in Europe for 15 years and has a very unique perspective on understanding branding with consideration of culture, community, and diversity.
