District 1 has a special election on June 28th because Fortenberry was convicted of three felonies.  PLEASE PLEASE VOTE THEN and again at the Midterm on November 8th.  Congressional District 1 is comprised of the following counties:

May 31 — First day of in-person early voting

June 10 –Counties must have early voting ballots ready for delivery by mail

June 11 — First day to accept early voting request

June 17 at 6 p.m. — Last day for in-person voter registration

June 17 at 6 p.m. — Last day to receive an application for early voting ballots to be mailed out

June 27 — Last day for in-person early voting

Oct. 11 – First day of in-person early voting

Oct. 21 – Postmark deadline for mailed voter registrations

Oct. 21 – Agency/DMV registration deadline

Oct. 21 before midnight – Online voter registration deadline

Oct. 28 by 6 p.m. – Last day for in-person voter registration

Oct. 28 by 6 p.m. – Last day to receive an application for early voting ballots to be mailed to a specific address

It is one of the most effective ways to help boost voter turnout. Those kinds of numbers can literally swing an election our way.  And you can do it right from home or join me Wednesday nights at Legends on 69th and Pacific anytime from 6:30pm-8:00pm or our virtual letter writing on Monday nights  7:15pm-8:15pm.
