Let's Pour "One" More

In this episode we dive into one of the world’s oldest professions and we do it a little differently as its Kristin and Kathy along with special guest Justin. We talk about the effects of making sex working legaly and illegally and how it was handled across the United States. You can find all of our sources below and there is separate section for the famed Storyville District of New Orleans if you want some more information on just that. Grab a drink and join us!!!

In our second parter Mardi Gras episode we cover some of the do's and don'ts. Some of our own stories and experiences, not script just what happens sometimes at Mardi Gras. While Mardi Gras was canceled this year due to Covid the good times are still rolling in the studio. Amanda share's this idea she had about using a song to describe each of our relationship status - this idea that she concocted in the shower. You might get a little hungry as we also talk about our places to get food during Mardi Gras

Now you can leave us a listener voicemail through anchor. You can always contact us at our facebook page and [email protected].

We are all back together to finally kick off 2021. We all had a bit crazier time then we expected from October last year until now. With family things and the holidays. Hope you are all doing well and 2021 is treating you better than last year.

We may have been out of the loop for a little bit but Kathy and Kristin are back at with another musical icon episode. We discuss the life and legacy of the Queen of Rock n Roll, Janis Joplin. We get into some Janis gems that was surprising to us, like the more than one time she hit Jim Morrison in the head with a bottle of Southern Comfort.

We dive into a subject matter we have not touched on yet, true crime. Come develop your own theories as we get into the unsolved and still open case, the murder of Thomas Hotard and disappearance (possible kidnapping) of Audrey Moate. The two caught off guard while at a local lover's lane, one dies and one disappears? Was it another scorned lover? and Whatever happened to Audrey. We discuss this and more.

So back in 2004 for a small town in Colorado started their day like any other day, little did they know by the end of it many businesses, homes, and even the city hall would be destroyed. By outspoken neighbor, welder, and local muffler shop owner Marv Heeymere. Bring a whole new meaning to the phrase "Don't Tread on Me."

We rename NFL football teams, since The Washington Football team hasn't gotten it together and got a new name we thought about what other names we would change.  Briefly touch on protesting social injustice while on the job so to speak, Tom Hanks, Bill Clinton's potential sexual kinks, Alex Jones, and discovering what just made our Christmas shopping easier.....Trash Panda ART!!!! and some other nonsense, ENJOY!!!

We took a little break from the script this episode, we glance over Epstien/Maxwell, dabble in some scientology, our favorite meteorologists, and grandparents keeping up with there cell phones. And the every majestic Scrotum Frog and some other things in there too, like our love for appliances since we are still homemakers too.

We wrap up our Elton John series covering some of his friendships and some spats he has had with others. We also talk about his half siblings and the one that has chosen to speak out against how their father Stanley Dwight was presented in Rocketman and lastly talk a little bit about Elton's hubby David Furnish. Below are all the links that we sourced information from. Enjoy!!!
