I take this topic to heart because being a leader is a way of life. There is no on and off switch to it. Either you were created to be one or you weren’t. Today we’ll be discussing the four major traits under the umbrella of leadership: Accountability, Communication, Motivation, and Judgment.
Unfortunately, today we'll be discussing the great inevitable which is death....Death is sudden. Even when it's expected it's still a painful surprise. Death is lonely. Losing a loved one leaves a hole in your heart that can never be filled. Death is final. Not being able to speak to someone again is a tough pill to swallow. That's one of the things that bother me the most about death, the silence that comes with it. It's so quiet yet so loud. I want to tribute this episode to my father-in-law, Bobby who has transitioned recently.

Poetry is liberating. I love how edgy, how raw, and how daring it is. You can tell quickly when something was written from experience or simply writing to rhyme. Poetry often exposes the feelings you could no longer hide. In this episode I performed a collection of poems for just you, written by yours truly. Join me on this journey as we travel through love and loss, pain and happiness, steamy intimacy and intrigue plus much, much, more. This is a performance you don't want to miss.
If I had to rate my sleep on a scale of 1-10. I would have to say a 4. That's just the truth, which is why I felt compelled to dive into the discussion of sleep because I know that I am not the only one that could do better at it. I know we say I’ll Sleep When I Die, but the cold truth is To Get More Out of Life You Need Enough SLEEP!
This episode was inspired by a recent conversation I had with someone who is near and dear to me. Even though the talk happened days ago I still feel the gravity of our conversation today which is why I feel compelled to share what’s bogging my heart down with you. All I can say is this...The Moment You Compare Yourself to someone else, you’ve just lost.
