This 2020 I want the theme of my year to be HONOR. . Tonight I release my first podcast on #FitJieJie after a loooong rest. Why pick a theme over a resolution, listen in and hear what my dear girlfriend @thefredaliu has to say as we speak on two tips on how to be "Comfortable in Your Own Skin". . . I pick Honor cause I want to do the following : I want to honor God I want to honor my body I want to honor promises I make I want to honor relationships . I believe with this thought in my head it will give me a different perspective for the days in 2020. . . What is your theme be this year? ❤ .
Starting back a healthy regime can sometimes seem scary and daunting. The main thing is to be aware, focus and consistent. In this episode, I share how I'm going about with my own personal nutrition plan for the next two weeks which I'm making as my mini bootcamp reset especially for my nutrition.
Me sharing this with you is to tell you, you aren’t alone. We have ups and downs in this wonderful roller coaster called life! For those who are curious have a listen and I hope you get some ideas too on how to look at restarting your nutrition lifestyle.

In this show, you will get to hear from Ben, who’s a Strength and Conditioning Master and Body composition specialist. He’s the founder of Australian Strength Performance and I’ve gone for at least 5 of his courses - Hypertrophy 1, Fat Loss 1, Transformation Level, Coach Level 1 and recently his internship in Melbourne.
I learnt the long and hard way that fat loss doesn’t have a straight forward solution. There are many factors as to why a person may not be losing fat effectively. It’s not just about regular exercising and eating at a caloric deficit meaning you eat less. Do we take into account, our sleep, gut health, liver health, hormones… those are just some of the reasons why we aren't losing fat effectively. These are some of the things I was exposed to at Coach Benjamin Siong's Fat loss course, who is my special guest for this episode!
Today we discuss on why "Detoxification is Crucial for Fat loss". This is something we don't usually ask ourselves or other people, cause we don't see our liver. However, for anyone who is looking to lose fat effectively and in a wholesome way do listen in as Ben explains who our liver health is one major superstar in our body.

We all start our health and fitness journey somewhere. Today I want to share about my 5 biggest regrets before I started being more aware bout my health. I was all about following the grain, believing marketing gimmicks, and chasing to have a good body... not really thinking that i needed to take care of myself internally for externally to look good.
