In the first episode of the season, the boys talk all things World Cup. 

In the last episode of the season, Joep takes charge for some deep diving questions, they discuss what the punishment should be for diving, and Brendan finally leaves the fence to have some opinions.

The lads talk through peoples responses to the All Star Team, Phil and Joep try and put Bren on the spot, and can you fill a stadium at every game of the world cup?

In this episode Joep talks about his recent deselection from the World Cup,  the boys get their overreactions out there, and shit or hit really takes a strange turn.

In this episode the guys discuss whether GB hockey players get along, how to close the gap between the top and bottom of the English premier league and shit or hit is a hit again.

The boys chat about the potential return of the Hockey India League, Brendan tells us what he would do if he won the lottery and they talk about possible awards for next year. 

In this episode the guys announce the winners of the LST awards, they discuss potential podcast host replacements and ponder whether being a hockey enthusiast is hurting the sport. 

On the cards this week, the boys doing their own awards + nominations, Joep gets quizzed about the Oranje hockey insta page,  and they talk about who get feisty during training sessions. 

After a week off the boys are back, talking about the FIH awards, the EHL, and they discuss how hockey in the UK can be improved.

In this episode, the guys talk about the potential of an all star hockey game, they get some news of a possible 'in' at the FIH, and they introduce a new segment 'most likely too'.
