UHRC is a non-profit, community-based organization providing harm reduction services, education, and advocacy throughout the state of Utah. Mindy talks with us about the work of UHRC, her pioneering efforts to advance harm reduction in Utah, the intersection of harm reduction and mental health, and how the heart of harm reduction may simply come down to one thing: love.
