Bleeding Leaders…
Leading while Bleeding  means no matter what you are going through you keep pushing forward. Leading While Bleeding  means you must endure hardship but you must still lead! Leading While Bleeding  means I know I’m going through in my body, in my life, in my finances, with death of a loved one but I must stay in the front and lead.

I may be bleeding ... leading and bleeding while teaching… 
leading while turning hearts back to  God…  bleeding while preaching… 
bleeding  while prophesying… bleeding while strategizing… 
bleeding while laying on his bed of affliction Job brought Glory to God.

There is a posture to position yourself before God. God is not in our presence, we enter into his presence when we worship. There is a internal focus on the things of God which  is an expression of an  external manifestation!

There is a posture of DESPERATION which has a SOUND! There are also other postures of CRYING, PRAYER,  WORSHIP consistently,  Lifestyle of constant COMMUNION with God, DELIBERATE Action a deliberate intentional act to touch God. I’m going after something from God! "I AM in Pursuance of GOD!" (PURSUE GOD!), FAITH is a CONSISTENT POSTURE, OBEDIENCE is the most important POSTURE to Position Yourself! Obedience is a lifestyle!, and REPENTANCE is a gift from God to be intimate with him. To repent, turn from our ways and get back right with God!

When we are obedient to God he will open doors. The Lord does not give us what we want, he gives us what we need. The Lord knows the timing to open doors and he knows when to shut doors or allow them to remain shut.

Many desire God to open doors but manytimes he knows we aren't ready for the elevation or ascension and he knows the season in our lives. He knows our maturity, Immaturity and if we've been processed! "Wait on God's timing!!"
