You are the Alchemist of your life; the life you are living you have been, you have because of the dominant thoughts and emotions that you have been emitting. When you change your thoughts and emotions, you change your frequency, your vibration, your consciousness, and your external life must change. Remember, you have the power to change the quality of your experiences and situations that you encounter in your life. Nothing is carved in stone; it does not matter about your genetics or your early upbringing. Those things do matter. But your birthright as the Alchemist of your life, allows you to make changes in your life, not other people's lives. This is where your power lies. go within, check your emotions, your thoughts, and your belief system, and work on those things, when you look outside of yourself. If you don't like what you see when you feel people are not treating you right, and you don't like that, you don't like how it feels, go within and change. You can't change that other person; that other person may feel justified in their belief of you, what they feel, you know, how they feel they can speak to you. But you can change yourself within so that those triggers no longer exist. When triggers no longer exist, the person outside of the situation can no longer affect you. We aren't affected and impacted because the trigger is still active. And all it is that person is aligned with that. And they're able to trigger that, what do we say we say, this person knows how to press my buttons. Now if those buttons don't exist, guess what, they can't press them, and you can't be activated and go into reactionary mode. Working on yourself is one of the most important things you can do. Especially first thing in the morning. Because first thing in the morning, you don't know what channel you're gonna be turned on to; you don't know when you wake up, what frequency you're going to be on. But it doesn't matter. You know, people will wake up and say, Oh, wake up. I woke up in a bad mood or I don't know why I just feel so bad this morning and everything, anything is going wrong. you know, I got ready for work and I broke my shoe. My shoe heel broke off, or, you know, I couldn't find my purse or you know, keys. It took me half an hour to find my keys. And if that person has spent five minutes in meditation, five minutes just querying, you know, why, what, what is, what are these thoughts and feelings that I've woken up with because it's not a bad thing. It's not a bad thing. To wake up not feeling good. It gives you a chance to clear it means oops, something has come up throughout the night because remember, when we're sleeping when we go to sleep at night, we are detoxing everything our mind, our emotions, our body. So if you wake up and there's a residue of negativity, it just means that don't carry that into your day. Work on it, eliminate it go through to do some meditation. You know, take some deep conscious breaths, that is very powerful. You know, just breathing. You're literally changing the atmosphere around you. You're changing your energy field, you're revitalizing yourself and you're setting yourself up for a very positive, energized day. And you will find that you will encounter more good experiences and negative experiences because it all starts from within.
