*Trigger warning: thoughts of suicide.
This episode is Angeline's personal experience of Pelvic Girdle Pain. Angeline had PGP in both pregnancies is, even now experiencing pain after her second. Being the incredible woman she is she has shared this raw and vulnerable account of her lowest of lows, the help she wasn't given when she asked for it, and how she eventually found a way forwards.
Determined to help others, Angeline is one of the trustees of The (wonderful) Pelvic Partnership, and is now strong enough to share her story widely so that she can make a difference for others. Her passion and drive shines through in this episode - and if you listen to just one episode of the podcast please make it this one.
You can find and follow Angeline's story at her instagram account here pgpandme or email her on [email protected].
As ever if you are suffering I recommend The Pelvic Partnership as your first port of call, they have a helpline, a free downloadable book, a Facebook group so that you know you are not alone and a recommended list of practitioners that can help.
If you have a story you would like to share or a question you would like answered DM me at instagram.com/letstalkaboutpelvicgirdlepain
Lastly I would like to say a huge thank you to Angeline for sharing so openly.
