What is feeling neutral? Is it a state where you feel nothing? Is it playing devil’s advocate? Is it a position you take when you’re not sure socially how to express yourself? Today I want to talk about feeling neutral as a strategy to enable behavior change.
How often do you say to yourself or hear from others “I feel bored?” Today we want to talk about that common experience many of us encounter.
You might ask yourself, is “kind” or “being kind” a feeling or an emotion? Isn’t it a noun or a verb? Being “kind to yourself” is fundamental to our health and well-being. How often do you feel frustrated? Are you a switch or a dial? Do you become overwhelmed when you experience frustration or do you find yourself embracing frustration knowing that you can overcome it? Want a couple strategies to consider for next time you become frustrated? Take 5 minutes to check-in and talk about the F-word with us today!
