Nick Wilson’s talks cover a range of topics surrounding well-being and mental health in the workplace.
His style of talking is open and frank, chatty and personal. It can be raw at times, too, giving the audience a deeper understanding of mental health issues as well as his personal story.

A Veteran who served 14 years in the British Army, Nick has had a rich yet tumultuous life. During his time in the Army, he carried out various roles including Training and Mentoring personnel in a wide range of subjects. In 2012, after leaving the Army, Nick started his own Executive Chauffeuring business. During that time, he battled with depression and was diagnosed with PTSD
Nick’s chauffeur business became well known throughout Oxfordshire, becoming a £1/4M business within two years. He then suffered a mental breakdown, attempted suicide and spent 3weeks with Combat Stress, where Nick then made the life-changing decision to fight back.
Nick started again, determined to help others with mental health issues, so co-founded 360 Wellbeing a mental health consultancy,
Nick was forced to step down as Director in January 2020, after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Myofascial Pain Syndrome. He spends his time as a Public Speaker and podcaster of the Let’s Talk mental Health show and is the face of his social enterprise Racing Minds CIC, launched a Men’s support group on July 20 and is developing a project, providing emotional and well-being support to frontline and secondary KeyWorkers who have been impacted by Covid19.

• 2020 – Launched first Men’s MH Support Group, two in the pipeline within Northamptonshire
• Raised over £75,000 for charities by planning events such as Basrah's first half marathon in Iraq, a non-stop 1,000-mile cycle ride through Europe for the 60th D-Day commemorations
• Commendation from the Army, for going above and beyond whilst on Operational duties in Iraq and Afghanistan.
• Ran highly successful Mental Health campaigns in 2018 and 2019, positively impacting approximately 250,000 people #Realmentalk and #Timetolisten
• 2012 – Diagnosed Degenerative Disease Disorder of the spine, resulting in chronic pain daily.
• 2016 – Mental breakdown, attempted Suicide & Rehab. Diagnosed with PTSD
• 2019 – Diagnosed Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
• 2020 - Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
