Being an ADHD Creative I can NEVER just do one thing at a time. I am first and foremost a Singer/Songwriter but also into film, design, this podcast, starting a company and potentially a clothing line because "Why not". Doing so many things often leaves me completely burned out and over extended. I keep trying to juggle all these balls ... But I don't actually know how to juggle so everything gets dropped at one point or another.

In this episode I discuss my struggles with finding balance in my creative endeavours and the steps I am ATTEMPTING to take to balance it all out.
