Momma moved to a skilled nursing facility last week.  It is WONDERFUL, and I am excited that Momma can also begin having physical therapy.  In addition to Advanced Alzheimer's, she also suffers from Post Polio Syndrome, and her right hip, leg, and knee hurt all the time.  Of course, I told Momma her therapist would be a good looking man!  Sure hope I'm right!

 

Sometimes we give our loved ones with dementia TOO MUCH INFORMATION - TMI.  The simple answers are more often the better answers.  Being truthful is good, but it is NOT necessary.  (Did I just tell you to lie?  Maybe!)
