Phyllis Mufson helps frustrated career changers, job seekers and solopreneurs, get crystal clear about their direction and build fulfilling careers. Prior to serving clients, both public and private, in Contract and Employment cases as an av-rated, trial attorney, Lynn moved her focus for the last 11 years to that of a full-time mediator and mediation trainer, arbitrator and magistrate judge. She is Harvard-trained and mediation certified in Florida and internationally by the International Mediation Institute ("IMI") in The Hague. In 2005, she began her work as an international Mediation Specialist assisting in the design of court-related mediation programs in Bulgaria, Jordan and Kosovo, where she served as a Mediation Specialist and Senior ADR Advisor through 2012.

She also has taught mediation courses for students in foreign and domestic universities and law schools. Over the last 8 years, she has conducted mediation training for judges, attorneys and mediators from Jordan, Oman, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo and Turkey.

Doug is a sought-after keynote speaker at national conferences. He has an active international training and workshop schedule. From the Middle East to Asia to Europe and throughout North America, Doug teaches executives how to lead groups in difficult decision-making. He also teaches advanced mediation and conflict resolution skills and master negotiation workshops.

In addition to being a keynote speaker and negotiation trainer, Doug is a full time peacemaker and mediator. He specializes in difficult, complex, and intractable conflicts.
