Hi everyone!! We’d like to welcome you to our new podcast “Three Cups and a Dash of Spirituality”. In this week’s episode, Carissa, Stacy & Michelle talk about the importance of having energetic boundaries. They share that the Sage Method’s GCP (short for Ground Clear Protect), taught them a protective practice that they could work with and build on.
