Beth is a fantastic leader and we were thrilled to have her join us on the show. Beth carved her career at the Post Office working in customer service. Following this, Beth has headed up some major programmes within the NHS and is now fully responsible for the Bet Technology Tribe… pretty impressive right?! Beth’s career experience is extremely interesting and we loved hearing about the successes and challenges she has faced throughout her journey.

We learned so much from Beth and her approach to leadership. Her attitude towards creating a positive and trustworthy culture within the workplace is very motivating!

Beth told us all about how she has kept herself focused and positive throughout the pandemic and she offered lots of valuable advice which we are sure our listeners will love!

They develop both consumer and B2B/G products that use AI to analyse the vast quantities of information on the internet and assess its credibility and veracity.

Fake news is such a relevant topic right now, it’s all around us. We were so excited to get Lyric on the podcast and hear his story.

Lyric began the episode by telling us how his journey into Tech began. From studying engineering at university to founding such an innovative and successful company, Lyric’s story is extremely interesting!

Lyric is an inspiring entrepreneur. He told our hosts all about where his passion for success stems from. Lyric also explained about the difficult times he has faced throughout his career and the way in which he overcame them.

Lyric grew his business from 4-5 employees to over 100 employees in just two years. We are sure that our listeners will learn so much from him!

Throughout this live episode Sandra, Elly and special guests discussed Leading Innovation.

We heard amazing advice on how to prepare for the future as leaders and the best ways to inspire innovation. Our guests also explained ways in which they ensure their team's skillsets remain relevant and up to date and how they encourage this as leaders.

We loved hearing Russell, Cate and Neil offer their fantastic advice on leadership. They were amazing guests.

Despite a few technical difficulties, this episode was one of our favourites so far and it was brilliant to take Lets Talk Leadership on the road!

It was fantastic to hear Paul’s tips on how to motivate teams and engaging people within the work place. We loved Paul’s attitude towards “if we succeed together, we fail together” - what an inspirational quote!

Paul also offered his advice for ex-forces getting back into work which was amazing to hear.

Itay’s passion for Technology started at just 7 years old when he got his first computer. From there, his passion for Tech grew. Itay spent some time in the army before returning to the world of Tech. His career journey so far is extremely interesting.

Itay spoke about how having great management throughout his career inspired him to be the leader that he is today - his passion for people shone through which was very empowering.

We learned about Itay’s current challenges and how he overcomes them. Itay’s strong communication skills with the people he works with are commendable.
