The Lions 53 Man Roster and Practice Squad are set. Detroit's OL consists of: Penei Sewell, Christian Mahogany, Cade Mays, Tate Ratledge and Blake Miller as the starting five. From there, depth includes Juice Scruggs, Seth McLaughlin, Miles Frazier, Larry Borom, Elijah Klein,  and Mason Miller. As Training Camp has ended the Lions season kicks off in a few weeks, how does the initial roster look in the trenches?

The Detroit Lions 53 man roster is set. Who made the team? Who got cut? Who cares and why?

Detroit hosted the Washington Commanders for the second preseason game of 2026. Derrick Moore showed flashes of how he could be the guy opposite of Aidan Hutchinson long term. Can that translate to the regular season? Dear God I hope so.

Sam LaPorta suffered a hip injury at practice. Detroit Lions Dan Campbell quoted how long he thinks LaPorta will be out for.

Jahmyr Gibbs hold-in has come to an end as the Detroit Lions have extended him. It's a 3yr deal up with $51M guaranteed and worth up to $71M. It's a huge move and Brad Holmes locks up another draft pick here in Detroit.

The Lions have signed former All Pro LB Devin White. With LB Jimmy Rolder going down to injury and expected to miss significant time, Detroit made the move. White had some good years, won a Super Bowl, and is looking to step up and prove he's still a guy in this league.

Kerby Joseph and Brian Branch have been placed on the PUP list ahead of the Detroit Lions 2026 Training Camp. What does that mean for the safety room as a whole? What are our realistic expectations for them and the room heading into 2026.

The Detroit Lions WR room may be the best position group heading into 2026. Amon Ra St Brown, Jameson Williams, and Isaac TeSlaa have the first three spots locked down. Depth gets dicey for the Lions offense though. Let's grade the Lions WR room.
