We hope you're having a gorgeous day and are ready for another episode of Let's Talk, Period!
In this episode, Isabella talks with Bethany Noble, Founder and Chief Executive Ovulator at The Periodical! Beth has had over 250 periods, used over 3,000 tampons and enjoys netflix binges, candle lit hot water bottle sessions and vegan chocolate while she periods. She understands what it’s like to be caught without a tampon and realised that since everything else can be delivered to your door, why can’t a period care package subscription be included, for what is the most natural ‘subscription’ of all! Beth is passionate about environmentally friendly products and working with organic materials to ensure the products that are in direct contact with our skin isn’t doing us any harm.
In this episode we talk more on what led Beth to start The Periodical, her recent endometriosis diagnosis, why she thinks we don’t talk on periods and lack education around them, and what she would like to see change in the health world to improve our gynaecological health, plus so much more!
If you enjoyed our chat with Beth and want more from her and The Periodical you can follow her on Instagram right here @theperiodical and you can shop a Periodical subscription via The Periodical website here. If you want to keep up with what we're up to and indulge in some quality memes, mixed with important period content you can follow us on Instagram at @letstalkperiodau.

In this episode, Isabella chats with Brisbane babe Freeda Thong, founder and director of the social enterprise, Ecopads Australia. Happy Wednesday you gorgeous souls! We hope that you're having an amazing week and this episode can give you a little mood booster, if you're not!
In this episode, Isabella chats with Khalehla Ireland, founder of Real Women Talk. Khalehla has been battling with PCOS, or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and the nasty symptoms for years, with the last 12 months being the worst. She felt isolated and left with little information about the illness and why she was feeling the way she was, and according to modern medicine it was ‘normal’.. Khalehla decided that it wasn’t good enough to feel this way, and she was the only one who could change that. She began searching that although modern medicine was helpful, there were also other alternative options available to assist in managing her condition.
In 2019, she launched Real Women talk to have an open space, where women could come together and gain knowledge, as well as for Khalehla to share the positive changes she was making and to hold herself accountable. In this episode we talk more about Khalehla’s journey with PCOS, what she includes in her toolkit and her morning routine, we also hear about the education she received around periods, and why she feels more needs to be done to improve the education of young women. We also hear about the journey behind Real Women Talk, the impact it has had in the community and what's coming up next for Khalehla!
Loved listening to Khalehla!? You can follow her on Instagram right here @_realwomentalk and if you want to follow us on Instagram, we're at @letstalkperiodau.
